Ruth Rashid Kaleniecki founded Franian Consulting, LLC in 2013 in an effort to increase her impact in the for-impact sector and to have better work-life balance. An experienced non-profit leader, Ruth is a change agent with an entrepreneurial spirit. Focused on social justice and working to leave the world a little better than when she entered it, Ruth aspires to positively contribute to work in which she can believe.
Ruth is a Licensed Macro-Level Masters Social Worker, with Master of Arts in medical ethics and a Bachelor of Arts in biology and philosophy. She also has a graduate certificate in gerontology and has experience in everything from early childhood education to end-of-life.
